We had a fantastic 4-day getaway as a couple at this homey Key Largo hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting activities for us to enjoy in the Florida Keys. The beautiful location offered a mini beach with kayaks for us to use. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the scones and complementary coffee in the morning were a delicious treat. The landscaping was stunning, and the privacy of the lodge was respected. Great value for money - we'll definitely be back!

    Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Lovely location with well-appointed accommodation. Magnificent beds. Jetty, kayaks, and paddle boards available. Beautiful gardens with plenty of lounging spots. Nice pool. Ate at recommended local places like The Pilot House and Ballyhoo's. Enjoyed the personal touch of freshly made scones in the morning.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints.

The cottage we stayed in was beautifully updated while still maintaining its Old Florida charm. The grounds were a tropical oasis with a pool, fishing spots, and even free use of kayaks. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Best aspects: Clean and updated cottage, tropical grounds with pool and free kayaks, friendly staff.

Our room was a bit on the small side for the price we paid. It would have been worth it to upgrade to a larger room.

Located off the highway, the lodge offers a peaceful retreat amidst abundant bird and wildlife. Guests can enjoy stunning sunsets and take a dip in the swimming pool. The friendly staff provides excellent service and there are facilities like pedaloes and kayaks for free use. The clean and well-appointed rooms come with homemade scones for breakfast and there are various places to relax, such as under a tiki hut or on the jetty.

The venetian blinds in the rooms have inevitable gaps at the windows.

My stay at this lodge was absolutely amazing! The best aspects were the breathtaking sunset from the deck, the free use of kayaks and paddleboards, the comfortable and clean rooms, and the delicious variety of scones for breakfast. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a full kitchen and free parking close to each cabin. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a wonderful experience. Cannot find any fault.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were amazed by the lush and tropical landscaping surrounding the property. The rooms were clean and charming, providing a comfortable space for our stay. The beach access was perfect, with a sandy beach and a pier where we could enjoy stunning sunsets. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

The pool was quite small and didn't provide much space for sunning or swimming.

We got great value for our money at this waterfront hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a gorgeous view of the bay. The staff at Bay Harbor Lodge were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Great location with easy access to both the southern and northern destinations in the Keys. Helpful tip: Look out for the mile markers on the roadside to track your distance. Comfortable rooms with a good-sized bathroom and amenities like a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. Beautiful jetty area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for enjoying a gorgeous sunset.

Lack of soundproofing in the rooms, making it easy to hear noise from outside or neighboring units. The mini fridge and microwave were also noisy, affecting sleep quality.

I recently stayed at a small and cozy hotel on the Gulf side of Key Largo for one night. The location was perfect, with a beautiful sunset view from the property. The room was small but comfortable, and most importantly, quiet for a good night's sleep. The hotel had a lovely pier to walk out over the water, plenty of seating options, and a friendly staff. I also enjoyed the homemade scones and delicious breakfast options. The foliage around the property added to its charm, and I can't wait to return for a longer stay.

    Can recommend this hotel.
